These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of obobobu.co, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). However, variations in colors or packaging may occur due to technical or manufacturing limitations. The Site may also contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, and we reserve the right to correct such errors without notice.

We are not responsible for color display differences caused by your monitor or device settings. Images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual Product packaging may vary.

All Products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any Product offered. Descriptions of Products are subject to change without notice, at our discretion. While we are confident in the quality of our Products, we cannot guarantee that they will meet every individual expectation.

7. Pricing

Prices are displayed in GBP (or other applicable currencies) and include taxes where required by law. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and itemized on your invoice.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders placed before a price update will be honored unless there is a pricing error, in which case we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

8. Payment

Payment is required at checkout. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, and others as specified. Ownership of Products transfers to you upon receipt of full payment. Risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to you once they are handed over to the carrier for delivery. Payment transactions are securely processed. 9. Placing an Order

To place an order, add Products to your cart and complete the checkout process. An acknowledgment email will confirm receipt of your order. However, this does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when the order is dispatched, and a confirmation email is sent.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders, for example, where we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or orders placed for resale without our prior written consent.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We currently only ship within the UK. Orders are processed for delivery on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

11. Returns and Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, certain items are excluded due to health and hygiene reasons, including:

Unsealed soaps or personal care goods.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Sale items and gift cards.

To cancel, contact us within the 14-day period at info@obobobu.co. Returns must be pre-approved, unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of return shipment.

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

12. User Submissions

By submitting comments, feedback, or suggestions (“Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, and display your Submissions.

Disclaimer: Our products are for external use only. While we use high-quality natural ingredients, we cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for all individuals. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists before use, especially if they have allergies or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns.

As our products are handmade, variations in size, shape, and color may occur. These natural differences do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overlab Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising from the use of our products or Site.
