Delivery Options:

1. Standard Delivery: Cost: £3.50, delivery within 3-5 working days.

2. Express Delivery: Cost: £5.50, delivery within 1-2 working days. For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 11 am (Monday to Friday).

Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to keep you updated on its progress.

Ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

For Other Returned Items

How to Return an Item

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility for a refund. Please note that a postage receipt alone is not sufficient proof of return.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original postage costs will be refunded at our standard shipping rate, even if express delivery or other premium services were used.
